Sorry...you are not my type... :/

Dear friends,

There's so much to write about. A lot happened since I published a post last time. Most of those events happened last Sunday. So it was at the end of my shift and I was counting the money in the cash register. All I remember was me trying to quickly finish my job so I could go home. I don't know what happened but my little finger got pinched by some piece of metal inside the cash register. So I quickly pulled my finger out by the reflex caused by the pain. I looked at my finger. Nothing! :) ...hold on.... :O Blood!!! So the first thing that happened was me panicking. Good lord! The blood wouldn't stop gushing out. I wiped the blood off with a Kleenex. :) All of the blood was absorbed. Wait...some more blood comes out! @_@ There was so much blood coming out that I had to press on the wound to make it stop. When I looked closely, I realized that a chunk of skin has been ripped off leaving my flesh open. What do I do? Luckily, I remember there was a box of first aid kit. The only thing missing was the antiseptic. So all I could do was to cover my finger for the moment.  Argh the pain!!!! :( I know that's going to leave a scar. It doesn't make me happy at all.

So I was in the subway wagon on my way home. My eyes were staring in the emptiness. All I could think of was the pain and the scar that will be left when the wound will be healed. I planned to remove the bandage, clean, disinfect, and put a new bandage. So I was in my own little word of how to treat my crap and then there was this guy sitting next to me. I wasn't even paying attention to him. He suddenly poked me and asked if I was alright. He said I looked lost and emotionless. I told him I am ok and explained about the wound. So we just had a normal friendly conversation. That's what got myself in trouble. He asked my number and he literally followed me to my station which is passed his. He just said that he was on vacation here for two months and just wanted to contact me as a friend with all respect. I just told him that he can have my email and I'm a little more active on that. He also asked for my facebook and I kind of refused by telling him that it's better not because I don't log on often. Are you serious? I don't want anyone to stalk me on my facebook and who knows what he will be doing with my pictures.

So I gave him my cell phone. It's not a big deal anyways because since I have the id caller, I could just ignore his call if necessary. Damn! I should look on the internet how to kindly tell someone that I do not wish to have any stalkers. Anyways, he called me the next day but I was on my way for work. So we couldn't talk for to much. XD

It was my day off today and it was great. Now, there's a long working shift waiting for me tomorrow till Sunday. =_= Have a great weekend!

Waves of melancholy

Hi everyone,

My basement will be done soon. I can't wait for it! :3 I am so excited. I am finally going to have walls for my room! XD I can also bring my main pc and start doing my own personal stuff. Unfortunately, I my boss announced me that I will be working for another full week. =_= The only day I will have off would be Wednesday. Damn it sucks! It can't be helped I guess. At least I will be making lots of money. That being said I can't wait for Eli to come back!!! @_@

Else than that, my cute guy didn't come back yet. :/ But I am expecting to see him again. He bought loto max and those lottery can be verified after the draw which is after Fridays. So I have to wait until then. There's also a possibility that he goes to another place. Damn! :( But I will be working full time for two weeks so we will see about that.

Now about the main topic...yes I do feel sad the few past days. Nothing happened to me but it's about the customers I'm serving. It happens from time to time to chat with them when there's no other customers in line. So I remember talking to an old lady. It was a memory from few months ago. She told me about her brother asking her to buy him a lottery ticket. He wrote the combination and gave it to her. But that paper was somehow lost and they found it only after the draw. Then guess what! When they compared their combination and the results, they would have won at least 18 millions. Such bad luck! Few months later her brother passed away. She was really sad and she still is. She told me that her brother was her only close relative. He was always caring for her, worried for her and was there no matter what. Now that he's gone, she feels pretty much lonely. She doesn't even have children. That's sooo sad. :/

Then, there was this other old woman customer who chatted with me yesterday. She is a regular customer and often tells me that her brother won 50 000$ with just 50 cents of lottery. He invested that money and got 100 000$ with interest. Unfortunately, he passed away shortly afterwards and didn't even have the opportunity to spend 1 cent of his money. He gave half to his only child and half to his grandchildren. So I asked her if she has any children. She told me that she is sterile so she cannot bear children. She doesn't even have enough money to adopt one because it is very expensive apparently. So she ended up working in a children daycare changing diapers for babies since it was her only connection to children. It really broke my heart when she told me her story yesterday.

Then there was this thought that maybe it can happen to me one day. I don't know...anything is possible. The last thing she told me before she left was that life is unfair....

~~Romantic encounter~~

Dear friends,

I started working yesterday since my dear coworker is on vacation. Nothing unusual! I got scolded by my boss although it ended up ok. I know you must be wondering what happened. So my ex-boyfriend came for a visit surprise at my work weeks ago. =_= Urgh! There's one thing which I don't like when people come visiting me is the fact that it distracts me. I need to concentrate and focus on my job. So if you just come to stare at me, it's not going to do any good for me. Not only he comes to bother me but he gives me troubles.

So at my workplace, we have posters about a certain lottery. Those are brand new ones. What happens? He was gone somewhere and wrote: "Glo's feet stink." Really? So I got a text message from Eli saying that I can get visitors but they cannot write on the posters because our boss hates it when people write on it. Damn it sucks!!! Like I wanted visitors!!! So obviously, I told my ex to never come at my job again and the trouble he caused me which looked like he didn't care much.

So yesterday, my boss was walking around our lottery booth while I was serving a customer. She comes back to me but I did notice that she looked really pissed off while holding the ripped poster.

boss: Did you have friends visiting you?
me:....*that's it...I'm in trouble for something I didn't do anything* ...yeah...
boss: I don't want your friends to write on the boards anymore. "Glo's feet stink" does not sound very flattering.
me: Eli has already warned me about it. I'm sorry about it. It won't happen again.

It sucks big time. BIG TIME!!!! I thought about explaining her the entire situation but it would be to much pain in the ass and maybe it will just make things worse. Damn my boss was mad. But I don't blame her. What about if the owner comes and sees that? She will get scolded. My NAME is written on it. @_@ If it comes from a random customers, then there's nothing we can do about it. But what about it's all related to an employee working there? So the poster was ripped off and she didn't talk to me for the entire shift. Damn it was awkward but she has all the reasons to be pissed off. Then, I got pissed off as well because I didn't do anything to deserve this. I was doing my own business and got trouble from others. I was really frustrated. But at the end of the shift, she at least said bye to me and smiled. I don't know if that was fake or not. It really sucks. Just when I was getting a better relationship with her.

Anyways, I just told myself that if I ever meet my ex in person again, I will probably slap him. So my boss left and I was on my own as usual. Before I continue, I want to write about a cute guy that comes to buy lottery sometimes...YEAH! That's where our true topic begins. ^_^ Then yesterday, he came to buy again and he was really friendly and has a huge smile on his face. OMG! So not only he's cute but he has muscles. *nosebleed* So he timidly asked how to play a group lottery and that's how we got our little conversation. He was smiling along the entire conversation. So we left to fill his paper and came back to get his lottery. I am not sure if he is interested in me. Maybe he was just happy that day and nothing else. But I really want to see him again. I don't know his name nor his age. I wonder if that will ever happen... I'll be waiting.

FAIL!

Dear friends,

It has been a while I didn't post anything. There's so much to write about but I lack time. So two weeks ago, my uncle decided to renovate the our basement. That being said, we had to move furniture around and my computer was dismounted when I was at work. So when I came back, I had no clue where the wires were and it was to much pain in the butt to search in the boxes. So I'm pretty much limited with my laptop. On top of that, my uncle decided to change the internet service company. So I did not have the internet for at least a week. Can you believe that? So all I could do on my laptop was playing plants vs zombies or feeding frenzy. Unbelievable! For an entire week, I was feeding the fish called frenzy!!!!!

So when we finally got the online service, guess what! We finally got our grades and I failed! @_@ Misery! This means I have to go back this autumn! #%$^%%$%&............&%#@^* Oh yeah! I was depressed for a day but I got over it afterwards. Well, not completely over it but...anyways. I will have class once a week so I guess it's not that bad. I'm just so disgusted and tired of school. If I just got a D, I would be soo happy but no! =_=

So what else happened lately? I got my new cellphone.

I must admit that it's the coolest cellphone ever! It's a flip phone and also touchscreen. How can you not like it? The camera is 13.5 megapixels. Awesome! The phone line is also outstanding. When I am in the basement or something, the line doesn't cut or anything. But there is one huge problem! It doesn't read my sd card. So it doesn't matter how I can't share the pictures. So I have to reformat my sd card and it's getting complicated. I just don't have time to deal with this right now.

There are much more bullshit going on lately but those stories will be told next time as I am tired and my bed is impatiently waiting for me. Have a great weekend!

Crazy weekend and huge pain in the a$$!

Dear friends,

A lot happened at work yesterday morning. So to begin, the cash register at our job always starts with 150$. Whatever ends up exceeding 150$ at the end of the day is obviously removed for a deposit at the bank. So there was this crazy customer who wants to claim his prize. But I mean, he was literally my first customer.

crazy old man: I want to claim my prize. I have won 250$.
me: I'm afraid I can't give you 250$ because I only have a maximum of 150$. Maybe you can come back again later.
crazy old man: I don't have time later on. I want it now.
me: It's not that I don't want to give it to you but I just can't. I don't have enough to give you.
crazy old man: Print me how much I can win when I have 5 numbers on banco.
me: I can't print that...I don't think my machine can print that.
crazy old man: What do you mean that you can't? People do print that for me all the time.
me: *How can that possible?*

Then I notices he was holding some kind of form in his hand.

me: Sir, you already have the information in your hand. I don't have to print it.
crazy old man: Where?

So I point at his paper and he hands it to me. I show him where to get the information and I can tell you that he did look pretty stupid.

crazy old man: I can't see clearly because I just had an eye surgery.
me:...It says that you won 250$.
crazy old man: Now pay me.
me: ...Like I said before, I can't pay you now because I only 150$. What is it that you don't understand?

What is this? Anyway, that was the first event but not the last one unfortunately. So the second event was simply a misadventure on my part. We have this interact machine where you can pay the bill with debit card. So this customer has a total of 48$ to pay. Sure! No problem! When I turn around to grab the electronic device, that's when I noticed it is not working. What!? I check the electric plug and it does look fine but it was the cord for the connection which is hanging there. I must of have tripped over and accidently unplugged it. So there I was on the floor looking for the plug connection. @_@ But I find absolutely nothing. I searched for a couple of minutes without success. I explain the situation to customer and told him I will be calling for my boss for assistance. It was 10h30 am so I figured that she must be already up. So when I call her, all I could hear was "The line you're calling is unavailable at this time. Please try later." Are you serious? My head is tilted down thinking about a solution. What do I see? A connected mini box but with nothing connected on the other side. =_=' Great! I rapidly announce that I have finally found the plug and that was a happy ending.

Now this is surely the last and most shocking event that ever happened during my work shift...now remember these happened all in the same day. So I have this female customer who comes to buy often so I happen to remember her face. She's simply a lady in her fifties and she always wear a grey t-shirt and her hair tied up as a pony tail. So she bought few lotteries to scratch and went somewhere nearby. Another popular costumer comes to buy lotteries. A man in his sixties who's very kind. Well both of them are kind. As long as I remain polite and do my job, people are fine in return. So when the male customer was done, he stared at the lady and told her: "Welfare people scratch a lot huh?" Oh my goodness!

The first thing that happened was my eyes being wide open due to shock. What the hell? Why would he say that? She didn't do anything and whether she's on welfare or not, it's none of his business and has nothing to do with us. That's a very personal thing. I swear she was mad! She had that murderous look on her face. She points the finger at him and says: "Shut the hell up!" Wow! This happened way to quickly. All I could do was to cover my mouth due to shock. I look at the man with that "What the f*ck?" look and he just smiled at me. Lol! What? Even the Chinese guy waiting in the line behind them was in shock. lol. That was soo random. Soon after, the lady bought once last thing and angrily left. Damn! Even I was nervous when I was giving her what she ordered. It's only when she left that the other male customer came to me.

me: Why did you say that? Do you know each other?
him: *smiles* I just don't like her. Last time, she got arrested by the police because she invited a man in the bathroom!
me: What!?

This is insane. One shock after another. Anyways, it was a long a weekend and a lot happened at home as well but that will be revealed next post. so take care! :)

Cute stalker!!!! @_@

Dear friends,

This has been an insane week. I've been busy all the time. During my days off, mom would literally drag me with her for shopping or something which are all family matters related. I barely have time to go out and have a social life with my friends! It's just that after work, I feel so tired that I don't want to do anything. Eli, my coworker, has told me before that whether I like it or not, I have to go out despise working the next day. Otherwise, I will never be able to go out.

So work has been ok lately. Things are going to its right order of place. The cashier balances with a difference of more of less a dollar and I am dealing with the grumpy customers. I know I wrote about mad customer. I came again few days ago. I was surprised to see that he simply talked louder and without giving me that f*ck you look. Lol. I really wonder what happened. Maybe he went to my boss and she told him something. I don't know. O.o

So anyways, there's this mini adventure I would like to tell. I came from work the other night and I had to take the bus to go home. Mom would wait for at the bus stop and we would walk together back home. Sometimes she needs some fresh air and just needs to exercise. So she has decided to go check at the mailbox for letters. So we walked there, emptied the mailbox, and turned our back to the mailbox. That's when I heard a "Meow!". At first I thought it was my mom. Now you must be wondering why I would think that she's the one who imitated a car. Well that's because she can be very immature sometimes and would do random noise for no reasons.

Me: >_> What are you doing?
Mom: What are you talking about?

That's when we heard another "Meow!" while I saw that her face was completely still. We looked down and there was a cat!!! :O It was a black cat! Sooooo adorable! =^.^= We petted our fluffy friend for a moment and walked away.

Me: I think it is lost...
Mom: Do not worry...it will find it's own way back home with scent. It's an animal
Me: ok...

So we looked back and the cat was at a distance away from us. So we continued on walking and as we looked behind, the cat was following us! O.o Me and my mom looked at each other.

Mom: We have to walk faster! Otherwise it will follow us home! D:
Me: But..but....it's a poor cat!
Mom: Shadup and run! D:

So there is my mom jogging her way back home, me in the distance between mom and the cat. We all look behind us every 10 seconds and it really is following us. @_@ This cat is worse than a stalker! But in a way, I didn't mind having a cat as a stalker because it's just a cute fluffy animal without bad attention. It just wants affection right? So we finally got into our house and we peaked through the side door window. There was nothing for a moment and then the cat appeared and came to our porch.

Me: What do we do?
Mom: Let's just ignore it and it will definitely go away.

Despite what she said, we were still glued to the window waiting for the cat to just leave. Instead, it was lying there, making itself at home. Sheesh! I took it onto the streets and My uncle comes from upstairs.

Uncle: What are you guys doing?
Mom: A cat followed us when we got home.
Uncle: :o Are you sure about that? I'm sure it's because you brought it here!
Me: No we didn't! It really followed us.
Cat: *looks at us in pity*
Uncle: Shoo! Shoo! *makes other random noises to chase the cat away*
Me: I don't think it will hear you...=_= You'll have to shoo it away when you are outside.
Uncle: D:

So now, all three of us are peaking at the cat. Grandma randomly appears and asks us what is happening and we explained her the situation. She opens the door and the cat immediately rubs its body around her legs.

Grandma: Hey! Where you are coming from? Where is your home? :D
Cat: Meow!
Grandma: Hmm?
Cat: Meow!
Grandma: I think it's hungry. Go get the leftover sausage for it.
Me: Aren't we supposed to chase it?
Grandma: Aww! It is just visiting us.

So we gave it a small piece of sausage. the cat sniffed it for a moment, walked round us, and left to our backyard. So there goes the end of our fluffy stalker! :) I hope the cat has found his home.
