A fresh new start!

Hello boys and girls ;P

I am feeling better today and my school report is done! What a relief! @_@ On top of that, the results of the votes are available now. School is in strike again!!! So we won't have class for another week. Since I didn't do much the past few days, this is the time for me to catch up. So this is a fresh new week to me XD

Else than that, I want to write about a touchy subject...extremely delicate. I was watching a chinese drama the other day called 'Winds and Rains of An Empire' or translated as 'Jiang Shan Feng Yu Qing'. The drama is set in an ancient period and it's really sad how the story ends. What made me more sad is how women were treated. The story centers itself on the fall of the Han Dynasty but the tragic story of a female character in the serie made me think. The way she lived was very unfortunate. Still a child, she was sold away. The owner of a brothel bought her and she had to dance, sing, and was at some point abused sexually.

This is the girl I'm talkign about! Soo pretty @_@ no copyright intended...



So this kind of situation hapenned 200 AD. Now, we are in 2012 but guess what! This is still happening around the world. A woman should live with pride and dignity but not all of them have the chance to live like one. I don't know who read my blog but it does tell me how many reads it...and there's much more than I expect. IF there are any woman out there reading this, please you don't need to do this! That girl in the movie did not have a choice because at that time, justice wasn't strong and there was no place to run. But if you have the choice, why not doing something better for yourself? I can't even imagine how nuts I would become if I had to do those kind of stuff for my whole life. There's also another movie which made me think alot which is called 'The color purple' directed by Steven Spielberg. I really recommand everyone to watch it. Every woman deserves to be treat like one without exception and if you can turn your life in a better direction, then do it. If you can't, then I wish you goodluck and I hope someone can help you out. If you do that for a living just to have fun, then it's none of my business but you are really dumb to do that when they are women out there struggling to have freedom =_=

Just think about all the regrets you might have later on. When you will have a family, this isn't something you will be proud of. When you will face your friends or other people, you'll never feel comfortable when they ask you 'What do you do for a living?'. However, that girl in the chinese drama held her head high despise how she was treated. So the people out there who look at a prostitute and do this *cough* *skank* , you are very ignorant. If you don't know the whole background of a person, don't judge anybody alright? :) Some people are clever than others, while others need more guidance and advices to go back in the good track. Have a fresh new start!!! As long as you're alive, don't lose hope!
