Today is my day off. My mom told me we were suppose to have a family gathering or some sort of picnic. So when I went to work, I saw on my schedule that I have Saturday off! :D Yey! The next day I went to work, I looked at my schedule again and I changed to working. D: But my boss was kind enough to change it back. Then my mom tells me it's not this one but next Saturday. =_= She still gave me a day off today and for next Saturday as well. :D Yey!!! So I'm going to go shopping or do activities with my mom for sure.
Nothing much to talk about school. I'm still waiting for the results but still no updates. As for work, yeah...there's a lot to talk about. So I had this issue with my boss right? Well ever since I started working on my own things, not sharing my cashier to anyone, everything balances well! So I seem to be on their good side now. Since I seem to do better on my own, they decided to keep it like that. I kind of feel relieved but I still need to be careful. So problems with my boss is fixed, it's time to get new ones.
At work, there are many types of problems. The first one could be your boss. The second could be your co-workers. So if you work only with these types of people then that's what you are limited with. Then the last but not least problem is dealing with customers which is my new problem. =_= Great! It has been a long time since I wanted to punch someone in the face and there's this customer in particular who would like to taste one.
So I have nothing against this person but every time he comes, I never get his order right. There's always some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. It happens every time when I serve him. But there's actually an explanation to this and I'm sure you wouldn't believe me. It's his voice. HIS GOD DAMNED VOICE!!!! Every time he speaks, it's as if he has his nose pinched or maybe he has this cold although he looks completely healthy. He talks in this boring monotone voice which I can't understand absolutely nothing. I swear I do pay attention to what he is saying but I just can't make it. I just can't. Even if he talks louder, I don't think it will fix this problem. In a sense I do understand his frustration. Imagine never getting your things right every single time. So of course he would complain to me: "You have to listen! Pay attention to what I say." Well that's not the problem anyway. I can't tell him off that his voice is the problem. I'm pretty sure he will get offended. So yesterday, he came again and I swear I heard him saying "Loto max with extra!" and then he goes "I said Loto max without extra!" Curse his voice! So I tell him off that I can cancel his ticket. It's not a big deal. So he's like "You have to listen. Pay attention to what I have to say. Every time I come here, you always make mistakes. I don't want to put you in trouble by making a complaint. I never want to cancel my tickets." So dude what do you want me to do if you don't want me to cancel but want to buy the shit you put me off with? What did I say? Nothing... Because it doesn't matter what I say, it just won't sound to pleasant for him.
Anyways, I have found a way to deal with this person and I won't have any more mistakes hopefully. But I literally reached my boiling point with this customer. If he ever threatens me about making complaints, I WILL put him back to his place. Do you know the amount of stress we are dealing with? And now I have some random dude threatening me at my job? I've been warned by Eli even before getting the job that dealing with customers will be very difficult. Hell yeah...he's the only one I have. I know I will meet him again for sure. He's a regular customer. I see my boss and Eli yelling at customers sometimes. They aren't people to walk over. But damn, I don't like yelling or anything. It's always like this with me. I have no problems saving my emotions. Now my anger is at level 9 and if he says unpleasant things to me, I don't know how it will turn out.
