Everything at work was just fine regarding numbers that didn't balance. Sunday was the worst. I don't know what happened but people just kept on coming buying tickets. There was no time to have a 5 minutes break. It was insane. The grand prize was just up to 3 millions and people came like a herd of sheep. Customers just came one after another. I close at 4h30pm on Sundays but it was busy. It's just insane. It was busy until I was closing. When I had to count the money and balance everything out, I have to admit that I was very nervous. There has been so many customers that I most of have made a lot of mistakes. So doing the report, it wasn't as bad as I expected. So I was pretty happy with the results and I left.
While work matters left a positive note, I'm still waiting for the results of my summer class. I don't know what to expect. I remember posting something about feeling empty after being done with school...lol well that's not the case anymore. I don't want to go back! @_@ If I just get at least a passing grade, I will be really happy. I don't even care anymore! No more school! @_@ So the grades should be available today. I checked this morning but there was nothing yet. Gulp! :/
So I met with Nix and Tam for a quick meeting about some projects. I wished it could be unrelated to anything considering projects, work ,and school but at least it wasn't to heavily focused on the topic. We had a chance to enjoy some pizza at Montreal. But what stroked me the most was not the pizza but the lollipops which were given to us alone the bill. Some restaurants do that. If you go to a Chinese restaurants for example, they would give you a sliced orange or fortune cookies. So the first meeting concerning our project only consisted of me and Nix. When we went to eat there, the waitress gave us 1 lollipop each. Since Nix was not really into candies, he gave me his. I was indifferent at the moment. So when I got at work, that's when I tasted the blueberry flavour. It was insanely good! @_@ I saved the other lollipop which is root beer flavour. So when we went there again for pizza last Sunday, I told myself that I will have 3 more because Nix and Tam will probably give it to me. :3 Oh yeah! But what happened when the waitress gave it to us, they ate it!!! :O urgh!!!!! Nuuuuu! The worst thing is that they liked it. :( So I noticed a huge bowl of lollipop and I went to grab one more. But what am I going to do in the future? I will run out of these eventually. I couldn't resist myself but to taste the root beer one. It's amazing. It tastes exactly like root beer. OMG!!! @_@ So now I have an extra root beer sucker and bubble gum flavour.
Once I got home, I desperately looked online for where I could buy it. I spent hours searching and I did find information concerning that candy. It is made in the United States so finding some of these in Canada would be difficult. I even asked the waitress when we were at the restaurant but she didn't seem to know and I didn't want to bother her more on her work. Anyways, I found some website and many don't ship internationally. While other websites do ship but charge 60$ for shipping for a bag of 10$. It's madness! The shipping is even more expensive that the value of the candy itself. Sigh! My last hope was ebay which the shipping would be around 40$. You guys just don't understand how obsessed I am with this lollipop!!! @_@ It is so good!!!!!!!! I'm sure you must be wondering what is the infamous lollipop I am talking about. Where it is.
That's right! It's dum dum pops! It comes with different amount from small bags to huge barrel.
But honestly, I think wouldn't be enough for me. Because my target is this one!
It's probably the largest amount available. Restaurants buy those but I just want to have a stock of these so I can enjoy my lollipops for the rest of my life. Sigh! I should be wise and stick to the barrel of 1000 pops. >_> So there is no way I am ordering this! No way!!! I went to Walmart and I didn't find any of it. I am going to visit some grocery stores and see if I can find any. What I could do is to find someone who plans to go visit the United States and give him/her the money to buy for me! I would totally go myself but I can't because of my working schedule. ARGH! x_x
